I’ve been seeing this idea for a new amendment, and i really like it:
1) every precinct in the country uses the same optical-scan machines with paper ballots
2) national voting days every two years are national holidays
3) By defrauding elections, you are attacking our very system of governance. Therefore, willfully committed election fraud is treasonous and receives the only applicable punishment: to be hanged by the neck until dead.
I’d add that the first hangings in Ohio and Florida should be televised nationally.
